A. If you have problems with the software, please post them in our Support Forum. That way, others can see the answers that we post. We can also be contacted directly.
Q. What are Log Files and how do I upload them?
A. Log Files capture information about problems that you run into while using Tube Toolbox. These files are a BIG help for us when we try to identify problems that you run into. If you are asked to send us your Log Files, please email us (support@TubeToolbox.com) the following two (2) files:
C:\Program Files\Sincell\Tube Toolbox\Logs\TubeToolboxLog.xml
and
C:\Program Files\Sincell\Tube Toolbox\youTubeLogger.xml
